Q: Where are the shipping costs? How are the items shipped?
A: They are included in the price for U.S. customers. Out of Country customers will be charged $US 5. We ship via USPS.

Q. What about 40 Watt concert tickets?
A. Okay that is a little different. you will not be sent a hard ticket, your name will be on a list at the door. please bring ID, the name must be the same as the name used to create the account. So you should probably reserve joke names like Hugh Jass for Instant Messenger. You can check your order to see if your tickets are confirmed, log in to your account here and see if they are marked 'Confirmed Tickets'.

Q. Are these items available cheaper elsewhere?
A. No. and most of these items are only available here or at concerts.

Q. How can i return an item?
A. We inspect our products before we ship them, so it is unlikely you will have any problems. Our helper monkeys are really quite gentle. But in case you do have a problem. Please get in touch with us by email or phone. Returned items should be shipped to the PO box.
